Doors open at 10:30am, meeting begins at 11am, lunch served at 11:30 with the program ending at 2:30pm

You will thoroughly enjoy this informative and interesting 1st meeting of the year.
During this meeting you will get an opportunity to meet the board officers and their assistants. Each of these wonderful volunteers will explain what their respective positions are responsible for, and how they accomplish their tasks.
There are so many interesting moving parts that must come together for Newcomers to be the great club that it is today. Learn about how the magic happens.
It has been said each of these luncheons and events are equal to planning a wedding every time.
