Registration

1. Credit Card "Online Payment" – $39.50
When Paying by Credit you have guaranteed your registration. A convenience fee of $2 has been added for credit card transactions. This is to cover the cost occurred by the club. Thank you for for your understanding.
2. Check or Cash "Offline Invoice Payment" – $37.50
When paying by Check or Cash you space in only on hold when you register on the website, if your payment is not received on the scheduled time you will lose your registration. See the advertisement for deadline and mailing location.
Prospective Member (credit Card Only) – $44.50

Registration opens April 11th

Doors open at 10:30am, meeting begins at 11am, lunch served at 11:30 with the program ending at 2:30pm

When paying by check register here and mail them to Kathy Boyd, 660 Wandering Woods Way , Ponte Vedra, FL 32081. Check must be received by May 9th.

The club charges a fee for the convenience of using credit cards. The fee is to offset the cost the credit card companies charge the club. Any unpaid fees will void your registration.
