Registration

1. Credit Card "Online Payment" – $36.00
When Paying by Credit you have guaranteed your registration. A convenience fee of $1 has been added for credit card transactions. This is to cover the cost occurred by the club. Thank you for for your understanding.
2. Check or Cash "Offline Invoice Payment" – $35.00
When paying by Check or Cash you space is only on hold when you register on the website, if your payment is not received on the scheduled time you will lose your registration.
3. Prospective Member (Credit Card Only) – $41.00

Bingo with great prizes

As part of the luncheon, a food drive will also be held to benefit Celebration Lutheran Church’s Christ’s Cupboard Food Pantry.

The Pantry has requested non-perishable Thanksgiving side dishes such as sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, stuffing, turkey gravy, corn bread and biscuit mixes, canned pumpkin and other fruits, and canned pie fillings. Gift cards are also much appreciated.
Please try to bring one or more items. Thank you

Lunch information:

Luncheon includes Family-Style servings of entrées Chicken Milano, Rigatoni Bolognese and Eggplant Rolls Toni. Caesar Salad and Bruschetta will also be served. Assorted Cannoli’s for dessert round out the lunch. Beverage choices include Water and Tea. A cash bar is also available.

When paying by check, register here and then mail it to NNSJC c\o Kathy Boyd, 660 Wandering Woods Way , Ponte Vedra, FL 32081.

Checks not received by Nov 13th will result in you being dropped from the registration. Cancellations must be done by contacting the treasurer directly no later that the date above.

If you have registered and don't show up, NNSJC is responsible to the restaurant or event for your debt. Your account will be charged for the event and no further registrations to upcoming events will be allowed until your account has been cleared of the debt.

The club charges a fee for the convenience of using credit cards. The fee is to offset the cost the credit card companies charge the club. Any unpaid fees will void your registration.
